Empathy, compassion and kindness are essential leadership traits.

I show people that you can be assertive, powerful and credible if you lead with (and embrace your) empathy, compassion and kindness.

I teach people to feel self-confident in their leadership through one to one coaching, group workshops and retreats in amazing places.

 

Here’s how it usually works:

  1. You identify a need within your organisation. Maybe you, a team member, or the whole team want some support being more assertive, feeling more self-confident or overcoming a fear (a presentation or addressing the board perhaps!?)
  2. We have a cuppa (or a virtual coffee if you’re a bit further away) and discuss what options might fit. Sometimes I’ll work with an individual through one to one coaching, sometimes I’ll deliver a one off training course, and sometimes I’ll be a part of a wider leadership programme you’re already running, working with people over a few months.
  3. We meet up and I deliver super-charged and high impact training or coaching that empowers you/your staff, and leaves everyone wishing they’d invested in their personal growth sooner!
