Join me on this live outdoor workshop where I will use nature therapy (ecotherapy) and mindfulness techniques to help you to connect with nature, your body and your mind.
Spend time feeling present, breathing fresh air and aligning to all your senses and spend some time with like-minded people. We’ll try deeply relaxing things like barefoot walking, natural art and meditations under the trees.
Plus there will be a big campfire, lashings of hot chocolate and homemade cake!
You’ll leave feeling completely relaxed, restored and with lots of new ideas to connect with nature and yourself.
You will feel re-ignited and energised.
You will feel happy, full of love and totally reconnected.
My workshops take place in 50 acres of private woodland in Otley, West Yorkshire. We’ll have the woods to ourselves and will not be disturbed (apart from maybe by the family of roebucks that live there, the pheasants that are regularly seen or a nosey squirrel or two!). There is parking on site, a composting toilet block and a wet weather shelter.
