back into living your life from a place of calmness and kindness.
It all starts with looking after yourself. Spend a weekend with me and you will:
- Get back on track. Learn tools to help you prioritise, de-stress and make lasting changes to your wellbeing.
- Learn mindset shifts that will mean you live your life from a place of self-care whilst being an awesome mum, partner, friend…
- Leave with easy, simple to follow, quick steps to achieve your goals.
- Feel nourished and refreshed to enable you to be the best person you can be.
- Go home feeling totally on form, rested and ready to shine at home and at work.
- Build new friendships with like-minded women. You’ll laugh together, feel supported and share.
You DO deserve to look after yourself.
You owe it to yourself to nourish your mind, look after your body and be kind to your needs.
We’ll do some group coaching sessions where we’ll look at unravelling your overwhelm, together we’ll work out your life priorities and what’s blocking you getting there. You’ll leave with the stepping stones in place towards achieving your goals and will have a better understanding of who you are. Don’t worry you don’t need to bear all if you don’t want to. The sessions will be relaxed, friendly and supportive. I’m around all weekend if you feel you need to talk to me in private.
Imagine you’re in the woods, surrounded by the tranquil calm of birds singing and the wind in the trees. You’re sitting on a log with a rich hot chocolate cupped in your hands. Take a deep breath and breathe in the clean air, feeling your worries ease. Start your day with an hour of outdoor yoga, a meditation under the trees and awaken your mind calmly and kindly. We’ll talk and laugh together around a campfire (perhaps with a glass of wine!) and you can toast a marshmallow too! You’ll get to make some natural body scrubs and learn some holistic therapy techniques to take home so you can continue your wellbeing journey. All our activities are designed to make you feel relaxed, refreshed and at ease.
Spend the night in your own private en-suite room in Yorkshire’s very own cosy log cabin hotel surrounded by 40 acres of private woodland and beautiful lakes. Enjoy breakfast in our private area of the hotel restaurant before heading out into nature to take part in outdoor wellbeing activities that fill you up with energy, kindness and love.
We’ll also enjoy a walk through the beautiful forest trails, with gorgeous views over Wharfedale as we unwind our
mind and relax. You’ll get the chance to try out barefoot walking, outdoor meditation and campfire cooking. There will be lots of homemade cake available and lashings of hot chocolate.
Relax in the hotel spa, book a therapy treatment, enjoy the grounds or sit in the bar. Imagine enjoying a glass of prosecco in the outdoor hot tub looking out over the woodland and lake!
This retreat take place within 44 acres of private woodland at Yorkshire’s fabulous wooden chalet style Chevin Country Park Hotel and Spa.
