I bring my 14 years experience in the health and wellbeing sector, my accredited life coaching training and therapy practices as well as my personal wellness experience in running retreats and events to the party. I also bring my creativity, energy and love for nature to our work and will give you lots of ideas for creating lasting changes to your wellbeing.
My one-to-one coaching sessions take place via skype at a mutually convenient time or if you’re local, we can meet in Otley, (near Leeds) West Yorkshire, UK.
