Using nature for mindfulness practice

Join me at the river in this video where I will guide you through how to use the natural environment to practice mindfulness.
Being out in nature makes it so easy for us to connect with our senses and allow us to be in the present moment. This stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for rest, digest and relaxation – and we could all do with a bit more of that in this busy world we live in!

You can join me at the riverside or use the techniques I teach and apply them to your own natural setting.

Which natural view do you find most relaxing? Sea? Beach? Forest? Mountains? Comment below and I may just create a meditation for you too!
