Winter blues is a term we often hear this time of year. It can be linked to the weather; the dark mornings and nights; the post-Christmas deflation; family and friends all going home; getting back to the same old routine and the fact there’s a long slog until the next bank holiday. I’ve worked with people who have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and I have been doing a lot of research, thinking and investigating recently in to how we can support and look after ourselves when we’re feeling low, down and depressed. This book encompasses tips and advice from my own experience, those of my clients and also research found online from support groups.
