Exercising outdoors is better for you!
In this week’s vlog I’m helping you to set a physical health goal and explaining why being outdoors to exercise is better for you! When we’re in nature we’re breathing lung-fulls of fresh air. Oxygen is flooding our body and brain, nourishing all our cells, circulating round our blood and making its way to our brain. More oxygen = more productivity, focus, creativity and motivation – sounds good to me!
Exercising outdoors also means you’re using all your body to exercise. You can’t dodge obstacles or run downhill on a treadmill! Leave me a comment and let me know if you’ll be taking your workout outside this week!
